INITIAL CONSULTATION
Consultations can take place face-to-face or virtually.
A comprehensive assessment of lifestyle, nutritional goals, nutritional requirements and habits will be completed as well as identifying your current nutritional knowledge. On completion of this you will receive a treatment plan with personalised dietary recommendations in line with evidence-based guidelines.
Cost $160.00
Duration: 40 minutes
REVIEW CONSULTATION
Depending on your personal goals, education requirements and level of support you feel you may need to meet your goals, follow-up sessions are booked following an initial consultation.
These provide an opportunity to review the treatment plan based on changes in body composition, training, appetite, food preferences and more.
Cost $80.00
Duration: 30 minutes
CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT PLANS
A comprehensive assessment of lifestyle, nutritional goals, nutritional requirements and habits will be completed as well as identifying your current nutritional knowledge.
Your GP can provide you with up to 5 sessions a year under Medicare where you can claim a part of the fee.
As of the 1st of July 2025, clients are required to pay the session in full following the appointment, Medicare will rebate the amount ($60.35) into your nominated bank account.
